Serving the Capital District since 1987, ESCOT is a nonprofit organization of retired and current senior-level managers who volunteer their time and experience by providing consulting services at low cost to help nonprofits and government units solve organizational and operational issues. The consultants work in such areas as strategic planning, policy and procedure, finance, human resources, and staff and board development.
